Dr. Landri Prado told her family she wanted to be a veterinarian when she was only 7 years old.
She was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She earned her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Angelo State University and went on to graduate with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M Veterinary School in 2022.
After completing her studies, Dr. Prado refined her skills at a busy veterinary clinic in downtown Austin, where she developed a strong passion for providing exceptional care to her patients and helping people through helping their pets. She is thrilled to bring her knowledge and dedication to the team at Taylor Animal Hospital and to build relationships with the community in Taylor.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Prado enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, and their lively household, which includes three dogs and two cats. In her free time, you might find her fishing, diving into a good book, or attempting to keep their mischievous German Shepherd from harassing their cats.
